We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an item, please review our returns policy:
Eligibility for Returns
• Items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and have all original tags and packaging intact.
• Returns will not be accepted if:
o The item shows signs of use, wear, or damage.
o There are visible stains, marks, burns, snags, or other blemishes.
o Original price tags or other labels have been removed, damaged, or altered.
Return Process
1. Prepare Your Return: Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
2. Contact Us: Email us at samuel@greenkicks.com.au with your order details and the reason for your return. Include a copy of your invoice.
3. Ship the Return: Use an insured, traceable shipping method to return the item. We recommend packaging the product securely to prevent damage during transit.
Refunds
• Refunds will be processed in the same form as the original payment within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable for returns due to change of mind.
• If your return is sent as Return to Sender, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Important Notes
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Items damaged during return transit due to improper packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
• Returns must be sent in unused and resaleable condition to qualify for a refund.
